Supreme's Fall/Winter 2024 collection is already stirring up excitement, and they haven't even dropped the first piece yet. The latest buzz? A fresh set of wheatpasting featuring none other than Tyler, the Creator. These images, plastered around London's iconic Brick Lane, show Tyler rocking a green box logo T-shirt, with a sneak peek of his signature colorful scarf peeking out from beneath. Oh, and he's topped it all off with a on brand Tyler themed brown hat.

As soon as the fans got wind of these posters, Supreme wasted no time posting the high-res versions on Instagram. The shots, taken by photographer Luis Perez, bring some serious interest. Perez, who previously shot Tyler for his Louis Vuitton collaboration, has captured Tyler in a way that makes it hard not to speculate: Is Tyler just the face of Supreme's new campaign, or could there be a deeper collaboration in the works?

If you’ve been keeping up with the streetwear scene, you'd know a collab between Tyler and Supreme seems almost inevitable. Tyler was one of the key figures in bringing Supreme into the limelight back in the early 2010s. As a member of Odd Future, Tyler stumbled upon the brand in one of the few skate shops on Los Angeles’ Fairfax Avenue. He even made waves in 2011 by showing up to the MTVU Woodie Awards wearing a tie-dyed Kaws box logo hoodie from Supreme. Then, at the MTV VMAs, where he snagged the Best New Artist award, he sported a leopard Supreme camp cap. His track "Orange Juice" from that same era famously mentioned Supreme, marking the beginning of a long-standing relationship between the artist and the brand.
Tyler’s love for Supreme hasn’t faded over the years. He’s been spotted wearing their iconic pieces at Coachella, on the Grammys’ red carpet, and even during laid-back press runs. The relationship between Supreme and Tyler has always been natural and symbiotic, making a full-blown collaboration something that feels like it should’ve happened yesterday.

Last year, Supreme teased fans with images of NBA YoungBoy in a classic BOGO Tee, shot by Kenneth Cappello. The photos eventually made their way onto a T-shirt in the Fall/Winter 2023 collection. Could Tyler’s image be destined for the same fate this season? Or maybe he’s got his hands even deeper in the design process? Only time will tell what Supreme and Tyler have up their sleeves, but one thing’s for sure: whatever it is, it’s going to be cool.
